Staying here was fantastic! We took my grandson to see a Broadway show, which was just a quick subway ride away. The staff helped us with directions and recommendations, making our experience even better. The breakfast options were great, and the room was tidy!
In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly activities would enhance the experience.

I had a fantastic group vacation with friends! We visited a Broadway show and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, both easily accessible by subway. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the pastries. Parking was affordable at just $12 per night, and we felt well taken care of overall.
However, our room faced the train tracks, and it was pretty noisy, especially early in the morning and late at night, which was a bit annoying.

I enjoyed my time at Arena. The room size surprised me, especially for NYC. Plenty of space to walk around the king-sized bed. There were two chairs, ideal for relaxing. The bathroom felt full-sized, which isn't common. Breakfast options were sufficient. The staff showed great professionalism, assisting quickly with extra towels. The breakfast area stayed clean. Location near the subway made getting around simple. I appreciated the corner grocery store next door for snacks. Parking came at an extra cost, but it was available off-street. On the downside, I struggled with temperature control. Some nights were quite chilly. I had to deal with noise from housekeeping early in the morning. A few issues with the room’s amenities also popped up, which took away from the experience a bit.

That breakfast? Exceptional variety, enough to fuel any morning after a night exploring the city. Also, the room had an impressive layout, spacious with just the right touches to make it feel like a private getaway amid the bustling surroundings.
The neighborhood had a sketchy vibe, especially after dark, making the late-night return a bit unnerving. Noise from the nearby train could be intrusive, so light sleepers should pack earplugs – outside noise interrupted the intended tranquility of the stay. Also, parking could be tight for larger vehicles, which created some headaches when coming back with the crew.
